Processing Time

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
